World Island, as its name implies, is to create a map of the world. According to the plan, it is located in the Persian Gulf, only 4 kilometers away from the coastline of Dubai, with a total area of about 5.5 square kilometers. It consists of more than 300 islands, large and small. By reclamation and land-making, it will use 30 million tons of rock and 300 million cubic meters of sea sand. The project consists of seven artificial islands, namely Europe, Africa, Asia, North America, South America, the Arctic and Oceania. Each island is represented by several countries or regions, such as Britain in Europe, California in North America, Australia in Oceania and Buenos Aires in South America. The concept of "World Island" was originally conceived by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktou, the 10th chief of the Emirates of Dubai, and created by Nakheel Properties, a local developer in Dubai. In fact, however, the project was actually led by two Dutch construction companies, Van Oord and Boskalis.

Dubai's World Island, the world's largest rotten project: suicide by 80 billion buyers in 15 years of constructionWorld Island is located in the Persian Gulf, only 4 kilometers from the coastline of Dubai.financial crisisBuild the largest uncompleted tail projectThe quicker the promotion, the lower the rank. For example, a university must be five years old before it can be promoted to Major General. That is to say, when will the rank of a university expire and when will the major general be awarded? School officials are promoted for four years. The battalion principal (instructor) of Zhengying Middle School may not be able to hold the post for a long time. Major Shang Shusheng must be four years old. For three years, the captain's deputy battalion did not mention major, which indicated that the captain had strong abilities and was quick in duty. Most of them were lieutenants who were serving in company.
In May 2003, the project was announced to start, but the excavation did not begin until four months later. But surprisingly, the global financial crisis broke out in 2008, and the developers of "World Island" were implicated and the capital chain was broken. By January 2008, 60% of World Island had been sold, 20 of which had been disposed of in the first four months of 2007.In February 2009, John O'Dolan, an Irish investor who bought Ireland, was exposed by the media to have committed suicide after falling into financial crisis.

In addition to financial problems and architectural aesthetics, the lack of stable and reliable power sources on the World Island has also hindered the project. According to the original plan, the cable will be installed under the Persian Gulf, but ultimately failed to implement. As a result, 291 of the 300 islands have not been developed, leaving nothing but sand.Among the early leaders of the Communist Party of China, there was such a group: they all had the experience of studying and working in Europe around the age of 20; they mostly studied in France at the beginning of the last century and worked part-time; their names sparkled among the stars of modern Chinese history: Zhou Enlai, Deng Xiaoping, Cai Hesen, Zhao Shiyan, Wang Ruofei, Li Fuchun, Chen Yi, Nie Rongzhen, Cai Chang, Chen Yannian and Li Li Li Li Li. Third, Li Weihan, Xu Teli and He Changgong have not only learned advanced knowledge abroad, but also increased their talents in practice. They have also recognized the direction of revolution and become the pioneers of revolution who devoted themselves to the Communist movement earlier.

The sponsors of the work-study program in France were Cai Yuanpei, Li Shizeng and Wu Zhihui. In 1915, they organized the "Work-study Society in France" to call on young people to work and study in France for the purpose of "work hard and study frugally". In 1916, they joined the French government to establish the "Chinese-French Education Association". Many young people eager to learn advanced knowledge, with the dream of "transforming China and the world", embarked on a ship to France in order to find a good way to "supply China which is now seeking liberation".
But the reality is cruel. In France, which has just experienced the First World War, unemployment is very serious. There are still a large number of unemployed local workers, not to mention those Chinese students who are not fluent in language and lack of technology. To make matters worse, the Chinese-French Education Association, which is in charge of studying abroad, announced in January 1921 that it was divorced from the economic relations of the part-time and part-time students on the grounds of financial constraints. Chinese students living in a desperate situation could not bear it. They petitioned and demonstrated several times in front of the Embassy of the Beiyang government in France, demanding to solve the problem of living expenses. At this time, Lyon University of China and France refused to admit part-time students. In order to strive for the "right to subsistence" and "the right to study", under the leadership of Zhou Enlai and others, the part-time and part-time students launched a campaign to "fight for the return of Lyon University of China and France", and fought through negotiation, parade and even occupation of the school buildings. Although the two actions failed under the threat of the Beiyang government and the repression of the French local police, the revolutionary will of the students was hardened. The work of Communist Youth in Europe in planning for the establishment of revolutionary organizations began with great vigour.

In June 1922, the Youth Communist Party of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Communist Party of China") was established in Paris. Zhao Shiyan was secretary, Li Weihan was in charge of organizational work, and Zhou Enlai was in charge of propaganda work. After its establishment, the Shao Communist Party actively liaised with the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. In February 1923, the "Communist Youth League of China" held an interim Congress in Paris and decided to join the Communist Youth League of China. The name of the Youth League of China in Europe is "Youth League of China in Europe" (hereinafter referred to as "Youth League of China in Europe"). The meeting also adopted the Constitution of the Chinese Communist Youth League for Travel to Europe drafted by Zhou Enlai and other bills. The Executive Committee of the Youth League for Travel to Europe was elected. Zhou Enlai served as secretary. There were working bodies such as the Communist Research Association, the Student Sports Committee, the Chinese Workers'Sports Committee and the Publishing Committee.Establishment of Paris Communications Office

When the "Shao Communist Party" was founded, the domestic revolutionary situation put forward new requirements for their development. In June 1922, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China published "The Communist Party of China's Proposals on the Current Situation", proposing to establish a democratic united front with revolutionary democrats such as the Kuomintang headed by Sun Yat-sen. The "Communist Party of China" led by Zhou Enlai actively implemented the policy and established contacts with representatives of the Kuomintang headquarters in France. Wang Jingqi, who was responsible for the establishment of the Kuomintang branch in France, gave a brief account of the contacts between the two sides in his work report to Sun Jing, Minister of Party Affairs of the Kuomintang Central Committee at that time: "There are more than 80 young communist leagues in Europe who have been visiting their organizations in recent months, and their actions are not far from those of our party. Because of the second reason, they have been contacted several times, and the special party on the 10th of the preceding month." Representatives went to Paris to attend their annual congresses, and most of them wanted to join or cooperate with the Party. Receiving their letter the day before yesterday, two representatives were sent to Lyon to discuss everything. What's the result? We'll report it tomorrow.

In June 1923, Zhou Enlai personally led the representatives of the "Youth League for Europe" to Lyon to discuss the cooperation between the Kuomintang and the Communist Party with the representatives of the Kuomintang headquarters. The next day, Wang Jingqi said in his report to the Kuomintang Central Headquarters: "Yesterday's meeting resulted in a good result. More than 80 members of the Youth League of the European Communist Party extolled the Party's purpose and joined the Party." On July 19, Peng Sumin, Minister of General Affairs of the Kuomintang Central Committee, wrote to Wang Jingqi on behalf of Sun Yat-sen: "If most of the members of the Kuomintang delegation have joined the Party, they should not refuse to travel to Europe." So far, the Kuomintang-Communist United Front in Europe has initially formed. On November 25 of the same year, the Kuomintang branch in Europe held its founding meeting in Lyon. Zhou Enlai attended the meeting and delivered a speech. In his speech, he pointed out that some Kuomintang members "although registered as Party members, they are not responsible. They are the majority of our Party (Kuomintang). Not only ordinary Party members have this disadvantage, but also well-known personages in the Party such as Cai Limin and Wang Liangchou in Europe. When using the Party, they call themselves old comrades and sometimes specialize in the resolutions of the opposition party, or even follow others down the drain. The act of stoning is indeed tragic. We cannot but admit that there are hidden dangers in our Party." This critical criticism is a great impetus to the restructuring of the Kuomintang. At this meeting, Zhou Enlai was elected to the Kuomintang branch in Europe for implementation.

In addition, photos taken by the United States on the International Space Station show that the whole "World Island" seems to be moving towards the center and sinking, and the danger of the island sinking has also discouraged many potential buyers from buying. The 80 billion yuan invested in this project before was almost a drift. It was not until June 2012 that Lebanon was built as the only commercially developed artificial island to hold private company events and parties.By 2016, nine islands, including Lebanon, will be built, six of which will form the "Heart of Europe" resort. The planned islands of Africa, Asia, Australia and South America have nothing but sand.
