In recent years, some college students are not anxious to find a job after graduation, but to travel around or to support teaching, become a "slow employment" group. Why do college students choose "slow employment"?

A survey of 2009 respondents in a survey of 2009 respondents last week by the China Youth newspaper Social Survey Center showed that 72.9% of the respondents had "slow employment" college students. 62.4% of respondents believe that college students choose "slow employment" because they have not planned for the future. On the issue of College Students' employment, 73.9% of the respondents suggested that their career ideals should be set up as soon as possible, and the career planning was clear. 57.8% of the respondents expected the school to provide more channels for students' practice in school.

72.9% interviewees with "slow employment" College Students

Wu Qiongqiong (not her real name) is a new graduate. She said she didn't want to work immediately after graduation this year, but she got the opportunity left by her internship. "At the moment, I just drop my feet in the present unit and prepare to go to graduate school next year." Wu Qiongqiong introduced that many of her classmates were not in a hurry to find a job. "Some people think that work will always be found, play enough before you say. Some people do not rush to work because they have to prepare for postgraduate entrance exams and go abroad.

Wangjia, a counselor of the school of state of Renmin University of China, told reporters that most of the students were eager to find a job after graduation. Now, some students choose to work in a year and then come back to the graduate school. Some students have a mental attitude to work and practice. The bowl is no longer enviable in their hearts.

The survey showed that 72.9% of the respondents had "slow employment" students.

Renmin University of China graduate student An Qi (pseudonym) believes that "slow employment" college students generally face less pressure of life, parents are more open-minded, not because the children do not work and anxiety, and will support the children to study, study, study the employment market or temporarily relax. "From the subjective point of view, some students are very capable, not afraid of not being able to find a job, and some students do not work because they are afraid of fatigue, afraid of responsibility."

The survey showed that the most common reason for college students to choose "slow employment" was not planned in advance (62.4%). The other subjective reasons for "slow employment" were that they did not know what work was suitable for themselves (42.7%), wanted to "peak" employment (36.7%), and had not enough level of their own. First make up the short board (34.3%), plan to start a business, first understand the market environment (28%), "breath", adapt to the role change (27.8%), precipitate themselves, choose to continue to further study or participate in social activities (25.7%), plan to enter the new format (11.3%), such as the media, online shop, and so on (11.3%).

Wang Ting, a professor of Business School of China University of Political Science and Law and director of the research center of human resources development and management at China University of Political Science and Law, said that "slow employment" is a new employment characteristic of college graduates in the post-90s generation. He believes that it is difficult for students to have a full understanding of themselves during school, and many students are confused about their future life style and career path. At the moment, the tolerance of the society is getting higher and higher, the material living conditions are improved, the students have more opportunities and possibilities, and their parents are more respectful to their children's self will.

Xia Qingyun, an associate researcher at the China Employment Research Institute, said that "slow employment" of college students is gradually being accepted and practiced and has become a new concept of employment. "It's too difficult for some college graduates to choose a job that they like and can solve their food and clothing problems, and they naturally hesitate. In addition, there are many new occupations in the workplace, such as micromerchants and anchors, which are not formal in the subjective impression of the public, but provide them with new channels of employment, which have become more and more, especially after 95 college graduates, and become their new career choices.

According to the survey, 41.3% of respondents believe that the slow employment of college students is due to the mismatch between professional settings and social needs.

73.9% of respondents suggested that college students should set up career ideals as early as possible and form a clear career plan.

Angel hopes that schools can offer useful career planning lessons. At present, although many schools have offered such courses, most students have little practical help. It is hoped that these courses will introduce students to different careers and the development of the industry, for example, to let students visit or experience a variety of careers and find real interests. In addition, I hope that the school will enable students to have more opportunities to conduct occupational personality tests.

"Our school has a career planning course. As far as I know, many students do not attach importance to this course, but many of the contents of the course are very valuable, such as how to adjust the mentality of employment, and some psychological tests. Wangjia believes that if career planning courses are linked to credits, students will pay more attention to them. "It is hoped that the society will provide more employment opportunities for college students, and the students themselves should have a clear goal. Whether they are 'slow employment' or immediate employment, they should think about what they want to do."

On the issue of College Students' employment, 73.9% of the respondents suggested that college students set up their career ideals as soon as possible and form a clear career plan. 57.8% of the respondents expected the school to provide more channels for students' practice in school. 53.7% of the respondents suggested that the college arrange professional related employment lectures, answer doubts, and 33.4% of the respondents wanted to be related.
